2020-06-16

This time we have a bedtime story for your kids. This bedtime story is about a boy who loved fooling people. But what happened when one day he was really in trouble. Read to know what happens to the boy.

Once upon a time there was a mischievous shepherd kid. One day as he sat bored on top of the hill, a crazy idea got into his mind. He decided to fool the people of his village. He started shouting, “Wolf! Wolf! The Wolf is chasing the sheep!"

Hearing the kid’s cries, villagers started running towards the hill to help the boy. But as soon as they reached the top of the hill, they found no wolf there. They were infuriated. The boy started laughing after seeing the villagers angry. One of the villagers even said "Stop telling a lie when there is no wolf ", and they marched down the hill.

After sometime the villagers again heard, “Wolf! Wolf! The Wolf is chasing the sheep!" and they started running towards the hill top. But when they reached there, they again saw the kid laughing at then scolded him. A villager scolded him and said "Don’t make a fool of us. It will land you in trouble someday. Don’t tell a lie when there is NO wolf!"

The kid just smiled and watched villagers go down the slope angrily again.

The next day the shepherd kid again took his sheep to the hill top. But this time a real wolf was waiting to attack him. As soon as the kid saw the wolf, he started shouting "Wolf! Wolf!"

Be that as it may, the townspeople thought he was attempting to trick them once more, thus they didn't come.

At nightfall, everybody asked why the shepherd kid hadn't came back to the town with their sheep. They went up the slope to discover the kid. They discovered him sobbing.

"There truly was a wolf here! The herd has dispersed! I shouted out, "Wolf!" Why didn't you come?"

An elderly person attempted to comfort the kid as they strolled back to the town.

"We'll assist you with searching for the lost sheep in the first part of the day," he stated, putting his arm around the adolescent, "No one accepts a liar...even when he is telling the truth!"

From this bedtime story we learn that we should never fool people and never lie to them that we are in trouble. When the trouble really arises, we will have no one to help us.
